Parking solutions provider Scheidt & Bachman USA recently hired industry professional Daniel Cobelo as Regional Sales Manager over the Florida region to lead the efforts in Account management and business development. Cobelo comes from an extensive background in business development and parking operations in the South Florida area.
Prior to Scheidt & Bachmann, Daniel held leadership positions at very respected companies and municipalities in Florida including, AAA Parking, Standard Parking, Harmony Parking, and City of Hollywood. Throughout his extensive career as a Certified Parking Professional, he managed a diverse portfolio of prestigious properties in Miami, Fort-Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Daytona Beach and Orlando, including Class A Hotels & Condominiums, upscale Shopping Malls, Office Buildings, and all Off-Street Miami Beach & City of Hollywood parking operations. His deep passion and commitment towards exceeding customers’ needs and expectations, building long-term relationships, and bringing added value to each property has been the Hallmark of his career.
