Scheidt & Bachmann Parking Solutions would like to thank @Q-Park Operations Germany GmbH & Co. KG for the order to install its parking management solution in another property in Cologne, the Barthonia Forum.
Q-Park has taken over the operation of the underground parking garage there since May 2024. Based to the Q-Park standard, an entervo hybrid system consisting of barcode technology with integrated cameras was installed. The cameras capter the license plate numbers for the "Fast Exit" function and for integrating the Q-Park PaSS. Q-Park's marketing department maintains the content of the three entervo.signs at the entrances itself. For the anchor tenant Kaufland, the solution entervo Retail Campaign is used for discounting the parking fees. Q-Park offers its parking customers automatic pay stations both with and without cash payment.
The delivery area for trucks is also technically monitored. The Barthonia Forum comprises around 70,000 m² of office, residential and commercial space. It is located just a few minutes' walk from the city center of Cologne and is close to the university. The Forum offers in total 1,100 parking spaces its visitors. The right solution for different use cases.
