In Germany, more than 250 clinics are equipped with a parking management system from Scheidt & Bachmann. For good reason, because we offer flexible and integrative functions precisely in this segment. This with or without barrier, with group counting, even across several parking areas, with integration of employee ID cards and different tariffs for different user groups. This, of course, also in combination with e-charging function, delivery of e-charging columns, discounting options for guests and the most flexible tariff design for employees.

Parking of topped-up credit on a cash value card at a special employee rate:
The cash value card can be used directly at the entrances and exits.
There is no need to request a paper ticket or conclude a long-term parking contract. When exiting, the system checks whether the card still has sufficient credit. If so, the barrier opens and the parking fee is charged to the card account. If there are insufficient funds, the display of the exit device shows a request that the card must first be topped up at the pay station or that the parking transaction must be paid for there.
Administrative tasks are thus completely eliminated!
The desired top-up amount can either be selected individually by the employee at the machine before payment or specified centrally as the minimum top-up. The remaining credit at the machine can also be checked by holding the card in front of the reader. Entry is always guaranteed even without credit.
We use the "personalized cash value card" module for this purpose. A significant advantage: lost cards can be specifically blocked and replaced, existing credit is simply transferred. The "personalized cash value card" module naturally comes with a corresponding reporting function in entervo on the usage or existing credit balance for each card.
And best of all, we can use existing employee ID cards for this purpose, provided they have the necessary RFID technology. In addition, the medium can be easily linked to the license plate number - if desired! The positive parking experience is enhanced, and entry and exit are even faster and smoother. You can even top up your credit at the pay station by entering your license plate number. For a possible return, we have of course created the possibility to easily determine the remaining credit and "unload" the card.
